To place an order, simply choose the item you’d like to personalize, select any available options (such as color or size), and enter your desired text for personalization (like initials or names). Once you’ve customized your item, add it to your cart and proceed with checkout.


2. How long does it take to receive my personalized order?
Since each personalized item is made to order, production times typically take between 3-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days after production.


3. Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
We understand mistakes happen! If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins on a personalized item, we may not be able to make adjustments.


4. Do you offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items?
Because each item is custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized products unless there is a defect or error in the customization. If you experience an issue, please reach out to us and we’ll work to resolve it!


5. What kind of materials do you use for your products?
